General conditions of booking and stay
With the awarding of the deposit, the guest accepts the general conditions of booking and stay.
The reservation will be considered valid and confirmed only upon crediting the reservation deposit, following which the guest will receive written confirmation.

Terms and methods of payment
The balance is anticipated and must be paid at the latest at the standard check-in.
Checks are not accepted. Credit card payments are accepted only online.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation by the guest, the reservation deposit (as such) will not be refunded .
For other amounts paid in advance the following policy applies:

| up to 7 days | 50% |
| less than 7 days or no show | 0% |
Late arrivals or early departures for reasons not dependent on Ca del Lac are in no case entitled to compensation for non-usetotal or partial stay.

- Check-in: 14: 00-19: 00
The guest is invited to communicate the expected time of arrival at least on the morning of the day of arrival. - Early Check-in: 07: 00-14: 00 - supplement equal to 50% of the amount of the overnight stay.
To arrive early in the morning and enjoy the first full day.
It must necessarily be agreed 48 hours before arrival to verify its feasibility.

Check-Out
- Check-out: 08: 30- 11:00
The guest is invited to communicate the expected departure time before 7.00 pm of the previous day. - Late check-out: before 3.30 pm - supplement equal to 50% of the amount of the overnight stay.
It must necessarily be agreed before 7.00 pm of the previous day.
If NOT agreed, any time after 11:00 will incur a surcharge of 200% of the amount of the overnight stay, as compensation for damages caused by the impediment of the arrival of subsequent guests and for the additional costs generated by cancellation and from the reprogramming of the cleaning work.
